Colossus: The Forbin Project

Forbin may be your designer. Briefly it detects Guardian's existence, the Soviet counterpart, previously unknown . Both computers insist they are linked, and each side agrees to make it afterwards accepting safeguards to preserve material. When the link is initiated should they are detached, the two become a new super-computer and threaten the world. Colossus starts to give its plans under its own guidance for the management of earth. The other scientists and forbin form a technological resistance to Colossus that must operate.
