Shadows

John Cassavetes debut revolves round a romance in New York City between Lelia, a light- skinned black woman, a man that is white, and Tony. The relationship is put in peril when Tony meets Lelia's more darker-skinned jazz singer Lady and discovers that her legacy just isn't exactly what he thought it was.
