Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story

Now in her twenties, Anne returns to Avonlea for the first time since the departure of Marilla Cuthbert. Gilbert has been offered a situation and he persuades Anne to come together with him. He arranges a situation for her at a large publishing house. Major city life isn't exactly what they expected. Anne's manuscript is discharged by a American writer. Thus the period is set for a final three hour installation from the"Anne of Green Gables" narrative which follows the characters from New Yorkthe war effort in Europe and eventually returns them into the red earth of Prince Edward Island.
