Naota is really just a typical Japanese 6th-grade boy (even though just a little suspicious ), but if his older brother leaves for America to play baseball, his brother renders his 17 year old girlfriend Mamimi behind. Mamimi is currently sending mixed signals and advances to Naota, also he does not know exactly what to do about her own. But to make things worse, Naota's world is turned ugly if a woman on the Vespa runs over him. She hits him across the head with her guitar, and this causes a horn to cultivate out of his forehead. She calls herself"Haruko" and also her presence affects Naota's life to further insanity
