Fusion's loss against the Pretty Cures is the talk of Minato Mirai, Yokohama! Girls are dressed up like their favorite Pretty Cures. Sakagami Ayumi, the new transfer student, is alone. Ayumi meets a strange monster on her way home from school. Ayumi and Fuu-chan become friends after naming it. Fuu-chan is a Fusion piece with sinister powers. Fuu-chan swallows everything Ayumi dislikes to make her happy, causing pandemonium in school and the city! All 28 Pretty Cures were reunited to convey Ayumi's true feelings to Fuu-chan. Everyone's power creates a miraculous light.
