Romeo y Julieta

The feud between two aristocratic families, the Montesco and the Capuleto, who are sworn foes, is causing discord in Verona and disrupting the city's calm. The two families' ongoing feud has continued to make living in the Italian village intolerable for everyone. The Prince of Verona notifies the chiefs of the two families that if there are any further conflicts, they will react with their lives. At a gala held in Juliet's honor, Juliet's father, Capulet, has his daughter accidentally run across Romeo, who is the son of Montesco. Both individuals instantly fall in love with one another, unaware that their union is doomed to fail.
